　　本报讯交通运输部近日发布了《关于加快新能源汽车推广应用的实施意见(征求意见稿)》，提出至2020年，在城市公交、出租汽车和城市物流配送等领域,新能源汽车比例不低于30%。

　　《意见稿》提出，到2020年，“公交都市”创建城市新增或更新城市公交车、出租汽车和城市物流配送车辆中，新能源汽车比例不低于30%。到2020年，新能源城市公交车达到20万辆，新能源出租汽车达到5万辆，新能源城市物流配送车辆达到5万辆。此前国务院发布的节能与新能源汽车产业发展规划，主要目标包括：到2015年时纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车累计产销量力争达到50万辆，到2020年时产能达200万辆、累计产销量超过500万辆。

　　从2014年7月以来，多个部门推出了新能源汽车的相关新政，业内表示，在目前国内一、二线城市车辆限购政策加剧，购车摇号难度大，但新能源车单独摇号甚至免摇号的优惠，在多个利好刺激下，或能刺激国内整个汽车市场需求爆发。（焦同）
