　　本报讯 9月25日，在西班牙首相拉霍伊访华期间，中国与西班牙签署了总计价值约32亿欧元的商业协议。在中国总理李克强和西班牙首相拉霍伊的见证下，歌美飒与河北建设投资集团签署风机设备采购意向，将为后者在河北森吉图二期项目提供总装机容量达15万千瓦的风电设备。这是歌美飒在中国市场的销售战略取得里程碑式胜利。代表河北建设投资集团签署合同的新天绿色能源公司是河北省建设投资集团有限公司的全资子公司，业务范围主要包括风电、太阳能和天然气。该公司是河北省最大的风电运营商，中国十大风电运营商之一。截至2013年12月31日,河北建设投资集团控股风电场二十三个，控股装机容量1430兆瓦。

　　根据采购意向，歌美飒将为的河北森吉图二期项目提供75组型号为G97-2.0兆瓦的风电设备并负责安装和调试。该风电场位于河北丰宁。

　　自2008年，歌美飒为河北建设投资集团提供超过12万千瓦的风机装机设备，并且在质保期外继续负责项目的运营和维护。
