根据规划目标，2017、2020年，省级LNG储备库总数分别达到2座、5座，分别形成不低于保障全省平均四五天需求量的储气能力。各用气城市应形成不低于保障本行政区域平均3天需求量(可中断用户用气量不计入)的应急储气能力。
