这期间，哈出口石油产品178.5万吨，出口总值10.07亿美元，同比分别下降12.8%和14.1%；进口石油产品75.92万吨，进口总值4.81亿美元，同比分别下降27.9%和28.8%。
进口天然气23.23亿立方米，进口总值1.92亿美元，同比分别下降21.3%和36.5%；天然气出口84.48亿立方米，出口总值8.06亿美元，同比分别增长3.5%和下降8.2%。（蒋小林）
